What is Ozon ?
Ozone is a natural gas generated freely in the atmosphere when ultraviolet radiation forces the atmospheric ozone to regroup temporarily in groups consisting of three atoms each, as an energy form of oxygen O3.
It is also formed from oxygen by electrical discharges during storms. Ozone may also be commercially manufactured by various ozone generators. It is highly unstable, decaying to ordinary harmless, non-toxic and for the earth necessary oxygen within 40 minutes from its generation, depending on the material and medium where it can be found.
Kills bacteria 500 times faster
Ozone reacts rapidly with other chemical substances and is a powerful oxidizing agent. The ozone layer in the atmosphere protects us from harmful electromagnetic UV radiation.
Ozone is highly efficient as an antibacterial agent and a fungal deactivator. The ozone sterilization is an oxidation procedure or a direct attack on biological material. It destroys fungi and bacteria immediately and kills bacteria 500 times as rapidly as chlorine-based substances.
